Rules for Parents

Dear Parent,

  1. Come to your child's matches, your presence is very important.

  2. Support your kid as much as you can, but do not give him tactical guidance during matches or training. During the training sessions, if you want to look at your child's activities, stand on the side to do not distract players.

  3. If your child is a goalkeeper, do not stand behind the goal. If playing on the wing, do not stand beside the line to be close to him. Take a seat in the designated zone and enjoy the game. Remember not to be near the benches, as the presence and conversations will distract the players. At the time of the match, there are only kids and coaches.

  4. Promote your child's independence in terms of preparing things for trainings and matches, wearing equipment.

  5. Please do not discuss your tactics or training methods with your coach. Trust your coach and club methodology. Any problems or comments to the coach you can discuss personally after the matches or trainings. Email is a great medium for providing organizational information, but we discuss personal issues face to face.

  6. The trainer is involved in the education of your child, so you must trust him and give him trust in the child. Be sure not to undermine the authority of your child's coach. The trainer also does not challenge your authority in the eyes of the child. If you have any comments about the coaches work, talk to them or contact the club.

  7. Sitting on a bench is not a failure, only part of the sport. If your child is not satisfied with the time of playing the game, encourage them to work harder on training and talk to coach, but do not challenge the decision and authority of the coach.

  8. If your child has a problem with his team's functioning, encourage them to talk to the coach. Each Academy coach will find time for his player to talk to him and help him. If the problem is more complex, be present during the conversation, but let the child talk about what bothered him. Avoid situations where you solve the problems of the child on his behalf.

  9. Inform the coach in advance of the absence of the child. Include deadlines for league matches, training sessions and camps in family plans. Additionally , remember that by joining the team and the Academy, your child has the first serious commitment to his teammates and coaches.

  10. Help us teach your child punctuality. The player should be 15 minutes before the training and the hour before the match.

  11. Help us teach your child the proper habits for an athlete: on healthy eating and regeneration. Remember not to give your kids any: sweets, salty snacks, sweetened drinks, etc. The child must also eat the right meal before the training or match, he must sleep before and regenerate after the match.

  12. If you have a problem with the child's education do not punish him with a ban on training. Tell the trainer and think about how to help your child. Collaborating with the trainer can make it much easier to solve the problem. Especially if football is the passion of your child.

  13. Help us teach your child respect to others and remind them to say ‘hello’ every employee of the Academy or school.

  14. Make sure your child can participate in all his team trainings. Remember, participation in a match is a reward for a good work during the week.
