Our Training System

The WBS Warsaw Football Academy works accordingly to our own original training system, the pillar of it is the training methods used by the German and Polish Football Association and our partner club Borussia Dortmund. Our goal in working with the players is:

• development of creativity,
• football skills development
• physical development
• education in the spirit of sports competition.


                                                                          

 

 

During training, we do not want to give players ready solutions or impose a subjective vision of football. Our goal is to equip players with tools that will allow them to better understand the game and make right but their own decisions on the pitch. Thanks to this, we do not limit the creativity of children and allow them to enjoy football.
 

 

All trainers work accordingly to the rules of the WBS Warsaw Football Academy vision, which determines the direction how to work with our players. This is a set of rules for every coach and player. In addition, at each stage of the training, we have a specific work plan that takes into account the kids physical and cognitive abilities. In order to use the maximum potential of the players, we define specific goals in individual age categories that correspond to sensitive periods in the development of children and youth.

We train and play to win. It motivates us to work on and off the pitch. We teach our players that victories, do not come without hard work. The pupil of our Academy knows that success in football is the result of:

• diligence
• consequence of work
• self-discipline
• team work
• independence
• skills of getting up after failure
• dealing with pressure and many other 
 

We believe that the skills gained on the pitch will be useful to our players also in everyday life. We raise them in the spirit of sports competition and we learn them to respect the Fair Play rules. Our players and coaches do not discuss with the judges. All teams are forbidden to enforce fouls, play on time by blocking the ball at the corner of the pitch or insulting opponents.

Akademia Piłkarska WBS Warszawa funkcjonuje na dwóch współpracujących ze sobą i uzupełniających się filarach: pionie sportowym oraz administracyjnym. Trenerzy są odciążeni w kwestiach administracyjnych dzięki czemu mogą optymalnie skoncentrować się na pracy z zawodnikami. Jesteśmy zespołem pasjonatów, który każdego dnia pracuje aby zbudować najlepszą Akademię Piłkarską w Warszawie, stanowiącą wzór szkolenia oraz organizacji.

We assume that a good trainer learns throughout life, which is why our trainers are constantly improving their qualifications in coaching internships, and the sports department is constantly working on improving our system.
The WBS Warsaw Football Academy operates on two complementing pillars: the sports and administrative divisions. The coaches are relaesed from administrative matters so that they can optimally concentrate on working with players. We are a team of enthusiasts who every want day to build the best Football Academy in Warsaw, which will be a model of training and organization.
