Our values

The WBS Warsaw Football Academy promotes the values and attitudes that apply on and off the pitch. We believe that sport positively affects the education of children and shapes the right attitudes in their lives. We are giving love young people to football and passion for empowering sport, and thus we teach healthy competition, patience in pursuit of the goal, respect for the rival, coping skills with adversities and failures. At the same time, we teach cooperation, communication, teamwork. Each athlete is surrounded by care, regardless of gender or age, skills or club affiliation. All of us are the same. Together with the players and their parents we create one "football family"

Values of WBS Warsaw Football Academy:

Ambition and determination:
two features, which any sport club would assign itself but in case of WBS Warsaw Football Academy this is the driving force. We still trying to get more and not only based on our achievements. WBS Warszawa would never exist and developed
without the high ambitions of people who are building it. Ambition and determination does not only related to organization but it needs to be visible on the pitch. Passing these values to our small players we want to show them how to formulate ambitious goals and consistently implement them.

Reliability:
We maximize ourselves in our work. We want the solidity of German football to be characterized by every training, project, team and coach of our Academy. If we do something, we do it well. When we prepare the training we try to optimally plan it. When we organize a tournament, it must all be done to button up. And when we go out to the game,we are well prepared..

Joy of playing football:
Football is a great adventure. It's hours spent on the pitch with
friends. It's a common experience, friendship, great emotions that brings a lot of fun. We
take care that our kids are enjoying the football game. The joy has to be an impulse for
football and be visible for both, coaches and players.

Respect for another human being:

No matter where are you from, what colour of skin you have, who do you know, where you studied or how much money your boots costs. We are one club and we represent the same colours - WBS Warszawa. We show respect everyone on
and off the pitch. Showing respect to the other person we begin with "hello" to every employee and athlete in Academy. We respect coaches and our teammates. We say ‘’hello’’, ‘’thank you’’ and ‘’sorry’’.

We are one Team:
The good of the team is above the good of the individual. We fight for ourselves and our teammates. We are partners. If someone needs help, we help him and never turn away from him. If I need help, I ask for it, because I know that I will always receive it. We all work on the good spirit of the team.

Humility
It’s not always a win. Sometimes the opponent is simply better. When you lose, show your opponent respect. Accepting defeat is the first step to getting up after losing and starting to win again. When we win, we also do not forget about respect to the opponent. If you are good you do not need to talk about it, because everyone will know about it in time.

The mentality of the winners:
We train and play to win. This motivates us to work on thepitch. Victories do not come itself. They require diligence, consistency, self-discipline, teamwork, self-reliance, ability to rise from failure, fight against pressure, and many others.
We believe that the skills learned on the pitch will also be useful to our plyers in everyday life.

Fair play:
We are fair on the pitch. Always. We play according to rules. We do not cheat. Never.
