Check out small resume of youth football tournament which we had opportunity to organize last weekend.
Third International Youth Football Tournament of President of Warsaw's Cup is behind us! During two intensive days of football rivalty in U-10 & U-15 categories fourteen sides appeared:
- WBS Warszawa
- Polonia Warszawa
- KS Ursus Warszawa
- MKS Agrykola Warszawa
- Dolcan Ząbki
- KS SEMP Ursynów
- STF Champion
- Delta Warszawa
- FFA Warszawa
- Korona Góra Kalwaria
And four international guests:
- Friedenauer Turn-und Sportclub 1886 e.V.
- Hessischer Fußball-Verband e.V.
- Deutsche Schule Valencia FC
- TV Angermund Duesseldorf.
Games were played on sports facilities of Wilanów Sports Centre on Wiertnicza Street and on well-known warsaw ground, Agrykola. On Saturday there were official opening ceremony at Agrykola and tournament's first phase, and on Sunday rest of matches and ending ceremony with cups and medals handing. For the youngest fans on Wiertnicza our partners Messer and AGS prepeared some attractions. We would also pass our thanks to the Warsaw's and Wilanów's Town Halls, President of Warsaw Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz, Mayor of Wilanów Ludwik Rakowski, our partners who helped us in organizing this event: DB Cargo Poland, Foundation of Polish-German Cooperation, Messer Poland and AGS Warsaw.
