After the holiday break came time for another league matches WBS Warsaw team. This weekend we showed a great football spectacle, beating Legia Warsaw.
The first and most exciting match this weekend was played by WBS Girls-Legia Warsaw. Our Girls after really great and team game finally won 6:1. It's clear that girls are getting more and more confident, and international travels to Vienna for example, help develop their football.
Saturday afternoon also played our oldest and most honored team, namely WBS Warsaw 2001 vs. RKS Okęcie Warsaw. It was the second meeting of this season in II League of MZPN. The match did not start because very well, we only had 11 players, but we still managed to win 4:1. The big applause of the match was due to the fact that referee was able to deal with the very aggressive side of the opposing team and that no one was seriously injured.
The first Sunday of the day was the debut of WBS Warsaw 2007 in the Orlik League. They played against WRKS Olimpia Warsaw, but after a very fierce battle the match ended in a 3:6 for the opposing team.
The next match was a 2005 team meeting, she defeated MLKS Victoria Sulejówek II and won her third league victory. After the first half the WBS players lost 1:2. WBS Warszawa team was not going to give up and after a very tough match she beat Victoria 4-2.
WBS Warsaw 2003 played with Drukarz Warszawa and finished in a 6:1. The match went through the coach's mind and all the tactics that had been put up before the match were fulfilled.
The last match of the day was the 2006 Gotze. At 10:00, the coaches Kamil Ludwiński and Paweł Bober played with Laura Chylice. After a very difficult start to the game, our players showed a great spirit of fighting and even greater willpower and match finisher in spectacular vicotry 10:4.
